Abstract :
The results of development and experimental research of Ka-band waveguide reflective Faraday phase shifter are presented. The latching phase shifter built on the non-metalized square ferrite rod is characterized by high speed and low power consumption. Optimization was carried out with the use of electrodynamic models based on finite element method.
