Abstract
There are a large amount of biomelocular networks such as protein-protein interaction networks, gene regulatory networks, and metabolic networks. Network of different species share similar subnetworks. These subnetworks are conserved modules which are functionally similar. The main purpose of network querying studies is to find such similar subnetworks among the biological networks of different species. In this paper, an approach based on conditional random fields (CRF) for network querying is proposed.
