Analysis about Risk Evaluation Based on Venture Investment Projects

The venture investment is a kind of investment behavior with high-risk. Recognizing the extent of risk in the investment projects can increase the confidence at the venture investment enterprises and projects. This paper analyzes the type and nature of venture investment, deems that market risk and management risk is the center of attention that venture investment focuses on, and also considers that risk evaluation and prediction is an important component of risk analysis for enterprise investment projects. This paper proposes methods to measure risks in venture investment from the qualitative aspects and brings up a new approach of quantitative determination. The application examples show that it can evaluate the risk of venture investment projects accurately, and guides enterprises to manage and operate venture investment projects.
