Research on Principle and Strategies of Building High-Performance Project Team Based on Synergetic

Project teams are becoming more and more crucial to the innovations of technology and products. Studies should be delved to make the team members both work effectively and achieve the expected goal when getting them together. In this paper, by using Synergetic, the author analyses the order parameters and relationship between them, which affect the performance of a team. It is concluded that any organization should provide essential material flow, energy flow and information flow to his project teams which are regarded as open systems on the basis of the Slaving Principle, then all order parameters will play definitive roles during the evolutionary process of the systems, which evolving gradually into an orderly structure that is called self-organization, as a result the teams performance will be improved.
