Abstract :
This paper proposes a vehicle-oriented forecasting rules algorithm based on the Data mining Multi-dimensional association theory, according to the task scheduling experiences, which made the system to forecast the data flows and to raise the ability of the dynamic priority algorithm, to the data jammed situation where data flows is huge and transfer networks are not planned properly. Experimental results prove this method is effective and reliable.
