Based on a New Labor Environment of Garment Enterprise Employment System

In 2009 the international financial crisis spread further to the real economy, China´s textile and apparel industry is facing the international economic situation are enormous. China´s exports of textile and garment industry is very clear downward trend, while the interference of trade protectionism and tilt further deterioration of the industry´s international environment. Shows that the financial crisis lead to further shrinkage of market demand, exports of this industry form a larger pressure. However, market fundamentals and the competitive landscape to see, textile and apparel industry in the international market is still some room for development. Looked from the domestic environment, 2010 textile and apparel industry is facing domestic economic environment, especially the policy environment, better than in 2009. Judging from the trend of economic development, the domestic economy starts to recover and showed a steady gradual recovery trend. This restores the profession regarding the textile clothing profession the development confidence to play the positive role. The State Council issued a three-year revitalization plan textile and apparel industry, to ensure that the development of textile and apparel industry, promote industrial upgrading, create very favorable conditions. The Chinese government already created the good employing labor environment for the enterprise, the clothing enterprise has wanted the long-term stability the development, must strengthen the enterprise interior to use system´s management.
