Abstract :
This paper details the working principle of double closed-loop controlled chop-wave internal feedback cascade speed-regulation system, and further deducing transfer function of each link, such as the DC circuit of chopper and asynchronous motor, etc. Based on transfer function of controlled plant, the parameters of the control system regulators are adjusted and the formulas for the regulators are also obtained in the paper. Finally, this paper applies the deduced conclusion into actual motor, which proves the stability of the double closed-loop control in theoretically and experimentally.
