Abstract :
This work deals with a variation method for estimation of the exciton binding energy in the multilayer super lattice of the first type. The binding energy dependence on the super lattice design and technological parameters, i.e. a quantum well region width, dividing barrier region width, the dividing barrier energy height, a number of quantum limited regions presenting the super lattice, is shown. The results of simulation coincide well with experimental data in the middle of the designed parameters calculation ranges.
