Abstract :
In this era of low-carbon economy, environmental problems has become a critical factor of the sustainable development of the world´s steel industry, the environmental impact of iron and steel industry has become a constraint that restricts its development as one of the most important reason, this paper regards how to reduce the environmental load of the iron and steel industry as its goal, according to China´s steel industry status and development trends, establishing a scientific and rational environmental assessment indicator system, having an objective assessment of environmental issues on the existing iron and steel industry with the Principal factor analysis method, we can understand and analyze the green degree and environmental load of iron and steel industry correctly, so all these can provide the strong theory support to determine the future development of China´s iron and steel industry model and improve the development direction, it has so important practical significance to the ultimate realization of environmental and ecological China´s iron and steel industry.
