Abstract :
The results of electrodynamic studies of the proposed transmitter of optical range, containing a semiconductor structure with quantum dots. The electrodynamic system of the transmitter consists of a set of quarter-wave peripheral resonators and a stabilizing coaxial resonator in the central part. Analysis was performed using the program HFSS.
