Abstract :
From the supply chain value created by governance mechanism, the paper analyzes the impact of supply chain information system on governance mechanism. By establishing a dynamic differential game model, the paper analyzes the optimal control problem of supply chain by using governance mechanisms supported by information system, and designs a dynamic sharply value contract to ensure supply chain whole rationality and individual rationality. Through a numerical example, researches show that, the optimal control based on the information system can ensure supply chain system stability and the growth of profit, and under the supply chain information system´s optimal control, the entire closed-loop system tends to be stable. How to make the model more close to the reality is the emphasis of the next work.
