Abstract :
The barrier structure acting as a nanodimensional-aperiodic film built upon an ordered crystalline basis has been synthesized. It is suggested that volt-ampere characteristics should be determined in terms of describing a defective structure. This description is based on an energy-stoichiometric image of a disordered material.
