  • Abstract
    The paper presents a novel method to produce quadrature local oscillating (LO) signals. By using Symmetrical Inductors and Differential Diodes, the circuit has been integrated into a single chip completely. HSPICE simulation results proves it could generate quadrature LO signals with high phase accuracy and good gain match under low power, good phase noise and small area, thus it could be used in many integrated transceivers
