Abstract :
A low noise amplifier (LNA) intended for the use in the front-end of a GPS receiver has been implemented in a standard 0.25-μm CMOS process. The LNA has a forward gain of 22 dB and a noise figure of -5.6 dB. The power dissipation is 35 mW at a 3 v supply
