Abstract :
Based on analyzing the current situation of the quality supervision of co-manufacture process both home and abroad, and the process method of ISO9000 family standards and the principle of product quality forming process, the quality supervision model of product co-manufacture process is established including the process of quality supervision preparation, quality planning examination, product procurement, production preparation, production manufacturing, product verification and supervision summary. And the quality supervision key problems and the control methods are proposed including the process of production preparation, production manufacturing and product verification. The quality supervision plan of small batch co-manufacture process is mainly discussed in terms of the pre-control chart and the principle of process capability. Also the plan of the process stability judgement of trial production process and the stability monitoring of production process are suggested under the conditions of Cp≥2, ε≤1.5σ and the misalignment of distribution center and specification center.
