  • Abstract
    In the paper, takes three-A level hospital in Jiangxi province as an example, based on the survey in the concrete hospital and systematic analysis on hospital actual situation, with the help of the literature review, research methodology and analytical framework of the competitiveness, the paper established the main influencing factors that acted on the hospital competitiveness, then on the basis of the influencing factors, built level-rate units of system dynamics and level variable-into-tree models based on standardized modeling method - in-trees archetype generating set method. At the same time the paper qualitatively analyzed feedback dynamics complex relationship between all influencing factors, constructed some typical feedback archetypes. Then classified all the archetypes into four groups according to the key variable, and built limit-to-growth archetypes that in accordance with the actual situation of Jiangxi three-A level comprehensive hospital, and proposed targeted countermeasures.
