Abstract :
This paper analyzes the structure of cooperative relations of entrepreneurial supply chain (ESC) and the three -level influential factors of its stability. The factors of GUANXI culture have effect on the stability of cooperative relations of ESC. Then some assumptions are given based on the impact of GUANXI culture to these factors and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to test the assumptions. Finally, it comes to the conclusion that different elements of GUANXI cultural have different impact on the stability of cooperative relations of ESC.
