Abstract
A 200 MHz intermediate frequency filter is described in this paper. A novel schematic, a 90° phase shifter network and a tunable transconductor are used to obtain high flexibility on central frequency and bandwidth. This filter allows design of fully integrated multi-standard heterodyne receiver. It has been integrated in a 0.5 μm silicon BiCMOS process. The central frequency can be adjusted from 150 MHz to 300 MHz and the bandwidth from 1.7 MHz to 9.0 MHz. The overall current consumption is 5.6 mA from a +3 V supply
