  • Abstract
In this paper, the author has discussed the optimum industrial cooperation problem in the background of multilateral regional cooperation. The problem of the optimum industrial cooperation has been converted into a mixed-integer linear programming model by the author who has synthesized the influence of the following factors: the connection between the cooperation industry and other industry, the influence of resources input and the products output, the influence of the policy guidance and so on. The features of this mixed-integer linear programming model can be described as follows: 1. We can describe the interconnection of the different industries by using the input-output relationship. 2. The factors such as the policy guidance can be changed into the restrained condition. 3. The problem can be easily calculated by using the mathematical software. 4. This model is a powerful analyzing tool to the research of the optimum industrial cooperation model in the background of multilateral regional cooperation.
