Abstract
In view of the characteristics of complex system, such as decomposability, complex internal connection, the paper researches multi-layer state space model, and further discusses a same level system mode with graph theory. Finally, it puts forward a multi-layer state space modeling way of complex system based on graph theory, and uses the way to complete a renewable energy statistical analysis model. The practice indicates the method can show commendably the complex system interior longitudinal level relations, and should have advantages to research the relations between the same granularity subsystems in complex system, and it can provide certain reference for further research complex system modeling.
