Abstract
Summary form only given. Photonic crystal fibers (PCFs) exhibit many interesting and novel optical properties. In order to explore the potentials of the existing measurement techniques in optical characterization of PCFs, an extensive program is currently being conducted The parameters of main interest include chromatic dispersion and polarization related properties.
