Abstract :
The article takes Bulang mountain township of Xishuangbanna in China as a case and analyzes the inequality of ethnic groups in the Direct Transition Rural Areas of China. The results show that Inequality in the Areas above is significant with a Gini index of 0.49. Using Shapley Decomposition Method and Income Decisive Model, the writers find that among all tne factors influencing total inequality, land resource is No.1, accounting for 43.6%, produce capital is No.2, occupying 38.1%, human resourceis No.3, taking up 14.1% and household is No.4, registering 3.9%. Based on the research conclusions, the article gives the Policy Recommendations, including making the policy of land free transfer with caution, helping poor families get produce assets, making great effort control drug and so on.
