Abstract :
This paper presents a production tracking and mass balance method in a refinery based on the framework of manufacturing operation management which is defined in prominent international standard IEC/ISO 62264. Based on the product network constraints determined from production dispatching and product quantities from production data collection, a data reconciliation approach based on Support Vector regression is applied to obtain the mass balance. A practice application example shows our approach is efficient and reasonable.
