Abstract :
The design principles of construction of a measuring instrument of reflection complex factor of a dipole on a modulation method basis are developed. The prototype of the transmitter is designed and built. The method for calibrating the meter and obtain relations for determining the parameters of the element under study and analysis of measurement errors.
