Abstract :
Advanced thoughts of organization structure innovation which are the key for TNC to innovate its organization structure include the ability of swift response to environmental changes, unification between centralization and discentralization of TNC organization authority, unification between uniformity and diversity of TNC organization structure, cooperation between distribution and R&D, unification between formal and informal organization structure and dynamic combination between consistency management and conflict management. All of these advanced thoughts may inspire Chinese Low-Medium Tech firms how to innovate their organizations.
