  • Abstract
    The traditional methods of QoS-aware Web services selection needs accurate weights given by users to empress their preferences of QoS properties. A QoS-aware service evaluation method of the Web services is proposed to solve the problem of service selection of users whose preferences are indeterminate. We first analyze the necessity of the web services group evaluation in detail. Then it can help users who have no specific QoS preferences select a service referring to a evaluation result, which uses the Condorcet and Borda function of group decision-making theory to obtain the group evaluation of web services on the basis of gathering the historical selection results of users who have explicit preferences. The purpose of the theoretical analysis and simulation experiment is to rationality and availability of the Web services evaluation method.
