Enterprise Technological Capability: A Research on Structure Coupling Model

Enterprise technological capability continuously improved is decisive importance for obtaining continued advantage in the market competition. Based on the analysis of the structure and coupling relationship of enterprise technological capability, this article reveals inherent coupling mechanism of enterprise technological capability, constructs coupling degree model of enterprise technological capability. The research results show that enterprise technological capability improved, not only requires improving technological acquisition capability, digestion capability and innovation capability of the enterprise, but also it is more important that strengthens coupling synergism degree among them, appropriately adjusts their contribution rate in the evolutionary process of technological capability in order to achieve optimum coupling.
