Abstract :
With the deepening of China´s reform and opening up and the trend of economic globalization obviously, Chinese government is to attract foreign direct investment in the scale expansion, to promote economic development and employment growth at the same time. However, the distribution of FDI in different areas in China is not balanced, the employment situation also exist obvious differences. This paper uses panel data model theory, to establish the fixed effects of variable intercept panel data model, and study influences of FDI on employment for China´s 30 provinces in 1999-2007. Through the empirical research of our country, the employment growth in FDI has certain simulative effects, at the same time, to describes different provinces of obtain employment of FDI promotes the difference degree and relevant conclusions and recommendations.
