Abstract :
Baiyangdian is the largest wetland in north China, and plays an important role in many aspects such as climate regulation, biodiversity protection, flood control, and local fishery production etc. the research of this paper include the following four aspects: 1) The composition, current situation, and changing tendency of sub-systems that constructed the whole system. 2) Building up the system model of water resources-ecological-social system of Baiyangdian Wetland, explaining the relationship of different sub-systems and their layer structure, discussing the system features. 3) The criterion for the system health status identification, AHP method has been used to the system assessment, at the high frequency water level of 7.9 m, the system is at the status of sub-health, the result shows except water quantity sub-system, the other sub-system also face many problems. 4) Based on the system management objectives, a series of system management countermeasures have been put forward to improve the health status of water resources-ecological-social system of Baiyangdian Wetland.
