Abstract :
Using component technology to develop EMIS system is an important method in the development of enterprise application softwares. Based on the research of component-technology, this paper describes the .net environment with the Matlab mix programming method, and explains the method of energy forecast exactly through developing com component with com builder. Joining the MATLAB procedure to the C# establishment procedure, it can inherit the good user interface of C#, reduce the workload of programming, and guaranteed the precise degree of consume predicted value.
