Abstract :
On the basis of analyzing the behavior factors which influence on-line consumption in our country, the paper reveals the common rules of psychological activities of consumers by analyzing characters of consumers´ psychology. The paper put forward the countermeasures that enterprises of our country should be adopted in E-commerce environment.
