Abstract
Extensive studies have shown that improving job satisfaction increases firm performance. Thus firms have a great interest in finding effective solutions to improve their employees¿ job satisfaction. To this end, we used multi objective model to select effective solutions for improving job satisfaction in our case. Five components of job satisfaction were revealed as a one of the objective functions by principal component analysis, and the effective solutions were determined by using multi objective analysis.
