Abstract
In the recent decades, Information Technology has had a great influence on many aspects of human´s life. Electronic mails, electronic commerce, and the World Wide Web are examples of revolutionary ideas which changed human´s life. There have also been many efforts in the field of adopting IT tools in architectural design and building construction. Many of these efforts are sparse and lack a well-designed cohesive scenario. In this paper, we present a revolutionary system architecture to facilitate all levels of architectural design by connecting parts involved in the process of designing and construction, exploiting capabilities of today´s and future´s IT tools. This system can further be adopted and enriched in a top-down sense by engineers and software developers working in various fields of computer science and engineering.
