Construction of Innovative Mode of Life Cycle Integrated Organization of Project

Based on the analysis of traditional project management, this article carefully analyzes the drawbacks of the conventional management mode of the construction project. By using the management integration thought, the "personification organization" - the innovation organization pattern of life cycle integration management of the construction project is lodged. The connotation of this organization is introduced, while the operation mechanism and realization mechanism of the personification organization management is also given out. The aim of this article is to explore a more sophisticated life cycle integrated organization pattern of the construction project, to provide the reference for the new type of project organization mode and to meet the demand of modern development of the construction project, and further to ensure the final realization of the project objectives.
