Abstract :
Currently, to apply visualized process information in the workplace becomes an urgent requirement of the assembly enterprises. With the supporting of computer-aided process planning system based on 3D product model, 3D product model dependent on specific platform is transformed to a platform-independent lightweight file, tree structure is used to manage the non-geometrical product information contained in 3D model. Product structure tree and operation tree are combined to express the assembly process. Finally, the product assembly information is visualized through the release service of 3D product model with a web page as the carrier, consequently the real-time information of product process can be accessed dynamically, through which the efficiency of the process planning and process query is improved.
