Research on the Relationships between Enterprise Knowledge Structure, Knowledge Creation and Knowledge Innovation

This paper analyzes the enterprise knowledge structure, which brings constant evolution and creation of new knowledge under the influence of knowledge field. And knowledge innovation is realized through the application of knowledge. Based on this theoretical frame work, the writer constructs the conceptual model of the relationships between knowledge structure, knowledge creation and knowledge innovation, and concludes that we should study the knowledge innovation practice from the perspective of the relationship between enterprise knowledge structure and knowledge innovation, these can provide a theory basis for further empirical studies on the concrete ways and means of enterprise knowledge management.
