Abstract :
As the new world centre of manufacturing industry, China has already become the main battle field of TNCs´ global competition. In order to win the position in Chinese competition, TNCs introduce their particular logistics modes one after another, which produces the intensively conflict with the local logistics enterprises. So it becomes a stringent problem to adjust to the local logistics competition and select the logistics modes of one´s own. On the basis of comparing some successful logistics modes (the self-support, the third party logistics and the logistics alliance), this paper makes the theoretical and empirical analysis on the selection of TNCs´ logistics modes in China. Finally, we get a conclusion that the third party logistics is an ideal selection.
