Abstract
Cloud computing is gradually so popular because it is affordable for better services with lower cost. We can select your data base and application as per your requirements. The on-demand computing capabilities of a cloud can be more flexible and more cost-effective. In this paper I have put some concept about how I will minimize the rising IT cost with cloud solution. An architectural framework, named the Video-on demand as a Service, data service and voice service is also proposed. But several application management challenges aren´t so easily explained. This paper describes OPNET MODELER best practices approach to a performance Comparison with cost (PCWC) for QoS Application in On-Demand Cloud Computing. We highlighted the components of the framework and discussed preliminary implementation with OPNET MODELER 14.5 in the paper.
