Abstract :
As a key unrenewable energy, coal plays an importantly strategic role in national economy. With the increasing of the depth of coal mining, there is more difficulty in mine construction. Risk management has become more and more important to mine construction project. the paper uses entropy and unascertained measure model and risk matrix to assess the risk of mine shaft construction project. It is argued that this method can combine the qualitative data and quantitative method. Example analysis indicates that the model and approach adopted in paper are more suitable to risk assessment of min shaft construction project and results are more definite and reasonable.
