Abstract :
In this paper, we study the application of digital signature in e-payment and e-ticketing systems where distributed verification is required. The systems proposed in this paper are aimed at being implemented in the Bluetooth-embedded mobile devices like handphones or palmtops etc. In these systems, people can make payment and ticketing activities with their handheld devices in a secure manner.
