Capability Poverty on Technological Innovation in China´s Enterprises Based on the Viewpoint of Anti-dumping

The capability poverty on technological innovation of enterprises is an important reason that our companies are frequently suffered anti-dumping investigations. The capability poverty on technological innovation of our export products contributes to the homogeneity of products, which thus makes our exporters enhance competition by means of low price and finally lead to be taken as dumping. The capability poverty of our enterprises is exposed on technological innovation input, on technological innovation motivation as well as on technological innovation output. The capability poverty on technological innovation of China´s enterprises could be solved through aspects as follows: firstly, we should enhance the self-innovation concept, secondly, we should carry through the effective value management of enterprises, thirdly, our enterprises should establish the motivation mechanism of technological innovation, and finally, government should give more support to them. Only if enterprises eliminate the capability poverty of technological innovation, they would get indefectibility during the international contend.
