Abstract :
Bank account-based electronic payment systems are more important for electronic commerce in those areas where credit cards are not popular A new secure electronic payment protocol based on bank accounts is presented which is compatible with current Internet and financial infrastructures. It is similar to iKP (i-Key Protocol, i = 1, 2, 3) but different. With just four information transfer flows, the protocol can fulfil the payment functions that iKP can only do with six such flows. Meanwhile, our protocol satisfies all security requirements that 3KP can, and then the translation cost, calculation cost and transfer delay are reduced.
