Abstract
The earned value analysis is a recommended practical and effective method of the project monitoring and process areas controlling in CMMI software project Maturity Model. The Earned Value Analysis method was analysis in this paper. Work breakdown structure(WBS), Earned value mapping, Progress and Analysis of Cost difference and how to forecast trends in the project are analysis with real examples, and the experience of some of the data and description are given.
