Research on the Relationship between Stakeholders and Capital Allocation Performance in Joint-stock Commercial Banks

The paper puts forward theoretical assumptions about the relevant influences of stakeholder and the performance of capital allocation in joint-stock commercial banks, and took an empirical test the data of China´s joint-stock commercial banks. The results show that the influences of stakeholders are obvious, and the results are helpful to improve their corporate governance mechanisms.
