Abstract
Forecasting the demand for water supplied is very important for pure-water reservoirs. In a previous study, we proposed a method of forecasting the demand for water supplied on a "per day" basis based on a regression analysis which considers variations in economic conditions in the service area. In this paper, we divide one day into two phases, and propose the method of forecasting the amount of water supplied about each phase. And, we executed forecasting experiments to compare our proposed methods with the proposed method of Maruyama et al. and found out that the forecasted precision of our method is better than that of the proposed method of Maruyama et al
