Analysis of Influencing Factors on the Management Performance of Expressway Construction Project Based on DEMATEL Method

Expressway is an important infrastructure which influences the development of national economic, while the management performance of expressway construction project is the key to succeed in expressway construction. This paper put forward an index system of influencing factors on the management performance of expressway construction project from the perspective of project management theory. To identify the key influencing factors on the management performance of expressway construction project, the paper employed the DEMATEL method to analyze and optimize the index system, which will provide a basis for optimizing the project management of expressway construction.
