The Comparison of KIBS Developing within Industrial Clusters: Some Empirical Evidence from China and Finland

Nowadays, the degree of interacting and innovation between KIBS and the manufacture firms have become the hot point in the research field of KIBS. From the view of comparison between China and western country, we will analyze the situation of KIBS developing in China, and give some suggestions for the policy makers. How to cultivate knowledge-intensive business services to promote the interacting between KIBS and enterprises in cluster and then to improve the technological capability of manufacture firms, have become a possible way to upgrade the whole cluster.
