The Research on Intellectual Capital Sharing of Organization

The intellectual capital has become the most efficient sources of the modern organization to create wealth, those managers and organizations who own the intellectual capital can occupy the beneficial position in competition. The sharing of intellectual capital can make up the intellectual capital inadequacy of either individuals or organizations. The scattering knowledge and experience or other intellectual capital in an organization can be integrated by intellectual capital shattering. However, something is in the way of intellectual capital sharing. The thesis introduces the connotation of intellectual capital sharing, concluded its obstacles. With the references of many experts´ ideas, some suggestions and measures are put forward in this thesis in the hope of improving the intellectual management in organizations.
