Abstract :
As a background of an actual item, in this study the functions of GIS, such as data management, data display and spatial analysis, were introduced to hydrometeorological business. Huaihe River Basin hydrometeorological information integrated display system based on ArcGIS was built to establish an integrated information service platform, which takes history and real-time hydrometeorological information database of Huaihe River Basin as core and provides the result of forecast and analysis for practical work by integrating data collection, processing, management and application to one body.
