Abstract :
By the study of the resources consumption on Wuhan citypsilas road transport system, and drawing domestic and international experience, this article established resource consumption index system on Wuhan citypsilas road transport system from five aspects: land-use, energy consumption, capital investment, environmental pollution and time consumption; designed the resource consumption evaluation model of Wuhan citypsilas road transport system, and chose Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weight of each element index; through the data of each element index which was obtained by investigation and using ldquourban road and traffic planning design standardrdquo (GB50220-95) and ldquourban road and traffic management evaluation index systemrdquo for an evaluation standard, the score of each element index was reduced; finally, the comprehensive evaluation value was calculated by evaluation basis according to the score and weight of each element index. This could provide the policy-making basis for the reasonable and effective use of road transport system resources in Wuhan city.
